These terms describe how we provide Amplifyd and what we expect from every customer and beta participant.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing Amplifyd’s website, beta program, or products (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Beta participation
During beta, features are still evolving. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. You understand that beta features may contain bugs and agree to provide feedback that helps us improve the product.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any actions taken through your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or security is at risk.
Use of the Services
Do not misuse Amplifyd. Prohibited behavior includes reverse engineering, interfering with our infrastructure, or using the Services to generate unlawful or harmful content. You retain ownership of your data; we retain all rights to the Amplifyd platform and intellectual property.
Fees & billing
Beta access may be offered at no cost or under a discounted agreement that transitions to paid plans at launch. Any pricing discussed in beta will be honored if you continue as a customer when Amplifyd becomes generally available.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the beta private, including product plans, pricing, and any non-public data you provide.
Disclaimers
Amplifyd is provided “as is” during beta without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed, Amplifyd and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed amounts paid to Amplifyd in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Amplifyd at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued use poses risk. Upon termination we will delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or in-product notice. Continued use of Amplifyd after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
